SALON POLICIES

We understand every now and then things don’t work out as planned. However, we are a small business that relies on our guests arriving for their booked appointment.

Due to the size of our team we run a tight ship & therefore charge a 50% fee if you do not attend or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. If booked in person or by phone a payment link will be sent to you after booking. For ALL online bookings we require a 50% deposit upfront. 

Whilst The Loch endeavours to meet your expectations first time, if you are unhappy with your hair service please contact us at enquiries@thelochsalon.com within one week of your appointment to discuss. We will do everything possible to accommodate another visit to ensure your needs are met, however; if you choose not to return to the salon or seek an appointment elsewhere, The Loch is relieved of all liability.


PATCH TESTING

Every new hair colour guest at The Loch will require a patch test 48 hours before their appointment. This is required for our insurance and more importantly, your safety.  We do not accept signing of a waiver instead of a patch test as per the manufacturer’s instructions and industry standards.
