SALON POLICIES

We understand every now and then things don’t work out as planned. However, we are a small business that relies on our guests arriving for their booked appointment. We require a 25% fee to be taken as a deposit to secure your time with us. In the event that your reservation is not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be deemed non refundable.

Due to the size of our team, we run a tight ship. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment; this is so we have ample time to achieve your desired results and to ensure we do not run late for our next guest.

Whilst The Loch endeavours to meet your expectations first time, If you are unhappy with your hair service please contact us at enquiries@thelochsalon.com within one week of your appointment to discuss. We will do everything possible to accommodate another visit to ensure your needs are met, however; If you choose not to return to the salon or seek an appointment elsewhere, The Loch is relieved of all liability.


PATCH TESTING

Every new hair colour guest at The Loch will require a patch test 48 hours before their appointment. This is required for our insurance and more importantly, your safety.  We do not accept signing of a waiver instead of a patch test as per the manufacturer’s instructions and industry standards.
